Victoria 3 is confirmed to be part of Nvidia GeForce Now's growing library at launch. Nvidia shared the news in a blog post, from October 6, where it revealed that A Plague Tale: Requiem and several other titles are slated to be playable through the cloud gaming service in October 2022.
