To enable the use of brooms and mounts in restricted zones, the mods have deactivated the "No Mount", "No Dismount", and "Mount Speed Limit" volumes. However, the current approach taken is somewhat of a brute force method, which may not be entirely optimal and could result in unexpected bugs and glitches.
