Roll the dice on a new pal to help you along your way. Delirium could be your best friend or... your not so best friend. Delirium acts as a familiar that takes on the role of a random other familiar every 10 seconds. You might get Lil' Brim, or you might get Bob's Brain. It's a Russian Roulette of familiarville! Now this is a great group of toys that will put a little Back to the Future in your Binding of Isaac. With it, you get the Hoverboard, Sports Almanac, and Flux Capacitor. The Hoverboard increases your speed and allows you flight when not in combat, the Capacity has a chance of transporting you up or down a floor, and the Alamanac will drop a penny every time you enter a newly discovered room. Together, these nifty toys offer some time-travel-inspired fun sure to liven up your run.

When the plagues come to fruition, none shall stand in their way. This mod introduces ten new weapons each centered around the biblical Plagues of Egypt. Terrible boils that explode upon attacking enemies, swarms of flies, and spawning locusts will be at your command as you wield these plagues against the devilish fiends standing in Isaac's way.

If you've got a bone to pick with Isaac's world, this is the best pack to do it with. This mod offers a chance of three bone-based items dropping, each with their own special perks, but if you can assemble all three, you can also unlock a special transformation that will make you stronger, hit harder, and make it so Boneys, your new skeletal brethren, will leave you be!

Nothing says "I don't like you" like compressing someone into singularity. This mod adds a new black hole weapon to use as you see fit. Just place this baby and watch it suck your enemies in and damage them over time like the biggest of death hugs. The Black Hole great for clearing rooms packed with small annoying enemies or holding a bigger enemy down for a second to buy yourself some precious time.

It's time for a cookout. This mod introduces the Marshmallow weapon, which allows you to set enemies aflame, depending on which variant of it you have. Some colored fires can home in on enemies and some can only be put out with tears... or explosions. Take your pick, embrace sweetness, and watch the baddies burn!

Things are about to get far more chaotic on your adventure. Bighorn's hand is a trinket that will cause a hand to randomly appear in rooms, dropping troll bombs and generally blowing up the scene. Don't get caught in your own item's explosive frenzy and you just might be able to appreciate all the destruction it will sow.

Want to give chance a try on a new and cool familiar? Introducing Mrs. Bubbles! This trinket is a doozy. It has a chance of spawning a flopping fish in every room that will create creep pools to kill enemies for you. Mrs. Bubbles might be around in any given room or she might not, but either way, when she's about, you'll have a healthy companion on your side.
